Lermonos Vineyards are set on the slopes of the \u00c7al plateau in Denizli, at elevations reaching up to 850 meters. This region offers a unique terroir for wine grapes, shaped by significant day\u2013night temperature variation, cool northern winds, and limestone-rich, clay-based soils.<\/span><\/p>

Without irrigation, the vines extend their roots deep into the earth, seeking the wisdom of the soil. From red forest soils to marl-rich slopes, this diversity imparts a distinct character to the grapes of each parcel.<\/span><\/p>

Native varieties such as \u00c7al Karas\u0131, Narince, \u00d6k\u00fczg\u00f6z\u00fc, and Kalecik Karas\u0131, alongside international grapes like Chardonnay, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, are shaped by this diversity.
