Prof. Dr. H\u00fcrriyet Y\u0131lmaz, spokesperson of the \u00c7al Wine Route Platform and a wine producer devoted to viticulture, announced the launch of the \u00c7al Wine Route Project, addressing the people of Denizli from \u00c7al\u2014T\u00fcrkiye\u2019s paradise for wine grapes. Emphasizing that the project will bring significant value to Denizli, Y\u0131lmaz invited both local and international wine lovers to discover \u00c7al.<\/p>

Prof. Dr. H\u00fcrriyet Y\u0131lmaz, spokesperson of the \u00c7al Wine Route Platform, addressed the people of Denizli from \u00c7al\u2014T\u00fcrkiye\u2019s paradise for wine grapes. Announcing the launch of the \u00c7al Wine Route Project, Y\u0131lmaz invited both local and international wine enthusiasts to the \u00c7al region through Denizli Metropol.<\/p>

In her statement, Y\u0131lmaz said: \u201cThe \u00c7al region is one of the most important areas in T\u00fcrkiye for the cultivation and production of wine grapes. Activities that remained limited to table wine for many years have, in recent times, evolved into quality wine production with the entry of new companies into the sector. With significant modern investments, the region is now emerging as a promising new tourism destination. With nearly 70 years of history, K\u00fcp \u015earap\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k is a source of pride for our region with its new facility, and many of its wines have received awards in national and international competitions. The former Vehbibey Winery, established 18 years ago but left inactive due to various economic reasons, has been acquired by our company and relaunched as Lermonos Winery. With the aim of promoting the Apollo Lermonos Temple in the region, we have started production this year using the first 200 tons of our 900-ton capacity, producing high-quality wines from our own vineyards. Former Selcen Mayor Mehmet At\u0131ls\u0131n, who came to our region many years ago, has expanded his investments, while his daughter Ezgi At\u0131ls\u0131n\u2014representing the younger generation\u2014has modernized Ezel Winery after receiving wine education abroad, contributing to high-quality wine production. The newest facility in our region, located in the Han\u00e7alar area and established by Salih Kuzu, is an exceptionally modern winery. With its architectural design, it rivals many ch\u00e2teaux in Italy and France and has brought great value to our district. Additionally, Erdel Winery, from the same family, is rapidly integrating rural vineyard tourism into its winemaking activities, striving to contribute significantly to the region. In short, despite the current economic conditions in our country, we, as regional producers, are committed to the mission of \u2018Always Produce,\u2019 and we are proud to share with you the emergence of a new and strong sector in Denizli.\u201d<\/p>
