Our Story

A Story of Transformation Rooted in the Vineyard

This journey from medicine to viticulture began with a deep love for nature. Lermonos evolved from a personal pursuit into a collective space of production.

Lermonos is the embodiment of a life journey from medicine to nature, transformed into wine.
After many years in the medical profession, our founder Hürriyet Yılmaz turned toward the nature and land she deeply loved. What began as a new journey in the high-altitude vineyards of the Çal plateau gradually evolved into a place that produces its own wines, welcomes guests, and builds a meaningful connection with the region.
oday, Lermonos is more than just a wine brand; it is a living vineyard culture where sustainable agriculture, local development, gastronomy, and cultural heritage come together.

With vines as its natural vegetation, the region bears the traces of many civilizations, from Lycia and Rome to Byzantium and Turkish settlement.
