We draw our inspiration from the unifying power of wine.

Like Apollo Lairbenos, the sun god of ancient Anatolia, we illuminate Çal and enrich its legacy. We connect generations devoted to viticulture with those who share a passion for wine.

We draw our inspiration from the unifying power of wine.

Lermonos

Terroir & Vineyards

Lermonos Vineyards are set on the slopes of the Çal plateau in Denizli, at elevations reaching up to 850 meters. This region offers a unique terroir for wine grapes, shaped by significant day–night temperature variation, cool northern winds, and limestone-rich, clay-based soils.

Without irrigation, the vines extend their roots deep into the earth, seeking the wisdom of the soil. From red forest soils to marl-rich slopes, this diversity imparts a distinct character to the grapes of each parcel.

Native varieties such as Çal Karası, Narince, Öküzgözü, and Kalecik Karası, alongside international grapes like Chardonnay, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, are shaped by this diversity. Each reflects the rhythm of the vineyard, the tone of the soil, and the character of the vintage in the wine.

A Mark on Every Palate

An Anatolian Signature in the Soul of Wine

Lermonos takes its name from “Apollo Lairbenos,” an Anatolian cult representing the sun, and, like the sun itself, brings life and value to this land.

The Lermonos Manifesto

A Journey of Value from Vineyard to Wine, from Wine to Table…

At Lermonos, we believe that wine is not merely a product, but a value. We begin shaping this value in the vineyard, refine it in the winery, and give it meaning at the table.

Our Approach to Viticulture

In our vineyards, shaped by high altitude, limestone soils, and cool breezes, we practice a sustainable and nature-respecting approach to viticulture. We prioritize native grape varieties, working with grapes that carry the memory of the land. Our organic certification stands as a testament to this commitment.

Our Winemaking Philosophy

Our wines are made through a conscious, minimal-intervention approach. From fermentation to oak, from aging to bottling, we move carefully—honoring nature and allowing the grape to speak. Each vintage is defined by the climate of the year, the character of the fruit, and the intuition of our winemaker.

Sustainability

We produce with care—minimizing our impact on nature, using resources responsibly, and reducing our carbon footprint. We see environmental sustainability not as a principle, but as a necessity.

Accessibility & Fairness

For us, wine is not an elite taste, but a cultural expression accessible to all. Lermonos wines should remain true to their terroir, distinctive in character, and accessible—fair both at the table and on the shelf.
